Resi Poker — Terms of Service
Effective August 2026
What this is.
Resi Poker is a scorekeeping app for social poker leagues in residential buildings. It tracks points, standings, and game history for games you play in person with your neighbors.
Points are not money.
Chips and points in Resi Poker have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for money or anything of value, and exist only as a score within your building's league. Resi Poker does not facilitate gambling, wagering, or any exchange of real money between players. What you and your neighbors do at your own table is your business; the app records scores.
Your account.
You sign in with your phone number. You must be an adult resident (or invited guest) of a participating building. One account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Fair play.
The ledger is append-only: settled games are permanent records. Hosts can post corrections during and shortly after a game; building admins can resolve disputes. Don't game the scoring system — accounts used to manipulate standings can be removed by the building admin.
Your content.
Display names, photos, and bios must be your own and appropriate for your neighbors. Building admins can remove content that isn't. We can too.
Leaving.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Deletion removes your name, photo, and phone number and takes you off every board; the ledger keeps settled game math (see Privacy for exactly how). Come back anytime with the same number and your history resumes.
The service.
Resi Poker is provided as-is. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We're not liable for disputes between players — the app settles leaderboard arguments, not people arguments. These terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance.
