No. Resi Poker is a resident amenity platform for apartment communities — not a gambling, betting, or online gaming platform. Chips are points and no money changes hands: not between residents, not with us. There is no cash-out, no wallet, and no prize. It’s the social part of a poker night without the part that would put anything on your building’s books.

You print a poster and put it in the elevator. That’s it. Residents host their own games, keep their own scores, and settle their own tables. Nobody at the front desk runs anything, holds anything, or gets asked to arbitrate.

No. Games run on whatever a building already has — a clubroom table, the pool table, a lobby table, the rooftop, a resident’s dining table. We send a felt mat and chips so it looks and feels like a real game wherever it lands, and setup takes a couple of minutes for whoever’s hosting. Residents can also start private games and invite a few neighbors to their own place; the app handles chips and scoring either way.

You start free — run a season and see whether your residents play before you pay for anything. After that it’s an annual amenity subscription priced per door. We’ll walk you through the number on the call; there’s nothing hidden and no per-resident charge, ever.

Your building’s name and roughly how many units. We create the league, send you a starter kit — a poster to print, a felt mat and a set of chips — and you’re live. There’s no integration, no resident list to upload, and nothing to install on any machine.

Then you’ve printed a poster and spent nothing. That’s the reason the first season is free — we’d rather you find out than commit on our word. If it works, you’ll know because people will be asking when the next game is.

No. Phone numbers are never sold or shared, and we don’t show you individual residents’ scores — you get participation numbers, not a leaderboard of your tenants. What happens at the table is theirs.

Yes, and it helps. Use the form at the top of this page and tell us your building — we’ll reach out to your property manager, and we’ll send you something you can forward to them yourself if you’d rather make the introduction. A resident asking for an amenity carries more weight than we do.

Never. There are no ads, no chips to buy, no card on file, and no way to spend money in Resi Poker at all. Your building covers it and you just play.

No. Scan the QR code in your building and you’re in — it’s a website that behaves like an app. You can add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like one.

Wherever your building has room — the clubroom, the pool table, a lobby corner, the rooftop. You can also host a private game in your own apartment and invite a few neighbors; private games are invite-only and never show up on anyone else’s board. Either way the app keeps the chips and the scoring straight, so all anyone has to bring is themselves.

Yes, and most people who join haven’t played in years. Hand rankings and chip values live in the app, one tap from the table, so nobody has to remember whether a flush beats a straight.

Points. You start with a thousand of them, they go up and down as you play, and they carry across every game and season. They can’t be bought, sold, or turned into anything — they’re a score.

Players in your building see the building standings. There’s also a network-wide board where every Resi Poker player can see names, buildings, and season results across all leagues — so your name and score aren’t private to your building. You choose how you show up: your display name and photo are yours to pick, and your phone number is never shown to anyone. Your property manager doesn’t see individual results.

Only if you turn it on, and only when there’s a game at your building. It’s off by default, it lives in Settings, and replying STOP to any text ends it immediately.
